Important Information

*All units REQUIRE a first night nonrefundable deposit.
*All units are fully equipped with AC's, heat, pots, pans, utensils & linens.
*The only thing they are not equipped with is towels & soap for both kitchen and bath (you will need to bring those items.)
*If you DO forget towels & soap, Don't Worry! We do have towels available for a small cleaning fee and soap for sale in the main lodge.
Deposits can be made by cash in person or by credit card by phone/person. We accept the following forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy
|

Cancellation Period:
Any reservation made or canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date is out of the Cancellation Period. When outside of the Cancellation Period the party that has the reservation is responsible for payment of the entire stay in FULL; or for any days that are not rebooked.
We will TRY to rebook your stay. If we are successful in rebooking the dates for which you have canceled you will not be required to produce payment for the canceled day(s), minus the nonrefundable first-night deposit(s) made with the reservation.
We do have an EXCELLENT success rate at rebooking units and days, unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a rebooking.
